1. Service Scope

FHY Precision Manufacturing (hereinafter referred to as "we") provides the following manufacturing services:

  • Plastic injection molding
  • Zinc alloy die casting
  • CNC precision machining
  • Surface finishing and assembly
  • Mold design and manufacturing

2. Order Process

The standard order process includes:

  • Customer submits requirements and drawings
  • We provide DFM analysis and quotation
  • Customer confirms order and pays deposit
  • Mold manufacturing and sample verification
  • Mass production and quality control
  • Shipping and after-sales service

3. Pricing and Payment

Price terms:

  • All quotations are based on technical drawings and specifications provided by customers
  • Price validity: 30 days from quotation
  • Payment methods: T/T, L/C or other negotiated methods
  • Deposit: Usually 50% of total order value

4. Quality Assurance

We commit to:

  • All products meet agreed specifications and standards
  • Provide complete quality documentation and inspection reports
  • Provide return or remake for manufacturing defects
  • Maintain comprehensive quality management system with documentation

5. Delivery Terms

Delivery related:

  • Delivery time is based on order confirmation and deposit receipt date
  • No liability for delays due to force majeure
  • Shipping method and cost determined by negotiation
  • Shipping insurance can be arranged by negotiation

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property terms:

  • Customer-provided designs and drawings belong to the customer
  • We strictly keep customer technical information confidential
  • Mold ownership determined by agreement
  • Customer designs cannot be used without permission

7. Confidentiality Agreement

We commit to:

  • Strictly keep all customer information and technical data confidential
  • Use information only for agreed purposes
  • Confidentiality period: 5 years after agreement termination
  • Additional confidentiality agreements can be signed

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • First resolved through friendly negotiation
  • Arbitration if negotiation fails
  • Arbitration location: Jieyang City, Guangdong Province
  • Applicable law: Laws of the People's Republic of China
